Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been in counseling for twenty-five years. I specialize in addictions/co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ. I also teach at the University of Phoenix in their master of counseling program and the addictions program at Rio Salado College. I love my work and look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself to have an eclectic approach but I primarily utilize Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. For trauma, I work with EMDR in most cases.

What you can expect from me

I hope that all my clients can expect to feel unconditionally supported and learn tools and skills they can use to move forward in their lives.
