Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 9+ years’ experience, in addition to being an educator, supervisor, and an expert within the field of psychology. I use several different treatment modalities including Dialectical and Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and group therapies. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Pacific University School of Professional Psychology and completed my doctoral internship at the University of Kansas Counseling and Psychological Services. I completed an additional post-doctoral year at Colorado State University’s Health Network, including post-hospitalization specialty services. I now work as the Associate Director of Counseling Service and have specialization and experience working with young adults and older adults, including issues of identity, development, anxiety and depressive symptoms, personality, family of origin issues, and trauma (including significant mental health concerns).

My approach to therapy

I utilize an evidenced based approach, meaning using proven strategies & techniques for behavioral change. Treatment is goal focused, and we work together collaboratively to address presenting concerns efficiently and directly.

What you can expect from me

If you want to work together with a straightforward therapist who is evidenced based and solution focused, I'd be happy to help you achieve your treatment goals and helping you work towards making lasting behavioral changes in your life.
