Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of experience. I love my chosen field and am passionate about helping patients 14 and older address their concerns in a variety of areas. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and challenges in life, as well as major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone, regardless of their current challenges, possesses strengths and coping skills that have brought them to where they are now and will serve them in healing. I believe in solution-focused efforts and constantly works to maintain an open mind to all perspectives.

What you can expect from me

I am primarily informal and use humor on a regular basis but am direct as the situation dictates and use evidence-based approaches. I believe authenticity and honesty is critical for me to help you succeed. Therapy should not add stress unnecessarily.
