Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Northern New Jersey. I obtained my Masters degree from Adelphi University and have over 9 years of experience in the field. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel supportive and approachable. I work with youth and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, infertility, and pregnancy loss, and I have a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges, highlight your strengths, and find practical tools that work for your life.

My approach to therapy

You deserve a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and nonjudgment. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, work through challenges, and develop tools to support balance, resilience, and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they feel heard and validated in our sessions. Many leave feeling hopeful and supported as they work toward meaningful change. Within a few sessions, my goal is to help you begin finding relief from the concerns that brought you to therapy.
