Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I bring warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy and active listening—I believe that healing begins when we feel seen without judgment. I am a trauma-certified therapist and currently training in EMDR for trauma and PTSD. I have experience treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationships, and other challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and non-judgmental, meaning I will meet you with empathetic understanding and genuine positive regard.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I take a collaborative and flexible approach to setting goals. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all plan, I invite you to explore what matters most to you. We'll start by understanding your hopes, challenges, and what feels most pressing right now. From there, we’ll co-create goals that are meaningful, realistic, and adaptable—goals that grow with you. Whether you’re seeking relief, insight, or change, I’ll help break things down into manageable steps while always honoring your pace and values.
