As a therapist, I bring warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy and active listening—I believe that healing begins when we feel seen without judgment. I am a trauma-certified therapist and currently training in EMDR for trauma and PTSD. I have experience treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationships, and other challenges.
