Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Great State of Texas, a Registered Play Therapist, and a Certified Animal Assisted Counselor. I am also a semi-retired attorney and mediator. I have been where you are and understand the struggle, overwhelm, and confusion that can come with difficult seasons. I support clients experiencing grief after a loss, divorce, or dementia, as well as those navigating CPS, child support, conservatorship, or other legal concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person centered because I believe you are the expert on you. Every client is unique, and I will listen carefully, honor your experiences, and help you find solutions that fit your life and goals. My formal education and training as a counselor and counselor at law, along with my life experience, give me a unique blend of peacemaking skills.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a welcoming get-to-know-each-other conversation. You will have space to share why you are here, what you hope to accomplish, and what feels most important right now. I will answer your questions, learn more about your needs, and help us decide whether we are a good fit. If we are, we will create a practical game plan for moving forward together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Hope starts here, and I look forward to meeting you.
