Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am committed to creating a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach incorporates Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients recognize their strengths, better understand their thoughts and emotions, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. I believe each person brings unique experiences and abilities to the therapeutic process, and I strive to meet clients where they are while supporting them in working toward their personal goals and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, feel valued, explore what you’re carrying, and begin to understand your story in a new light. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, emotional well-being and the sense of balance you deserve.
