Great to meet you!

Hey! My name is Gayley and I am a licensed clinical social worker and mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in my practice. I graduated from Texas Tech University (wreck em!) and have a background working in hospice. I specialize in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other issues as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very holistic. I believe that everyone has different needs that will help them in improving their mental health whether that is being heard, emotional regulation skills, or someone to help them identify what they even want. I believe therapy should feel human and collaborative. I combine evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT with a space to feel seen, supported, and heard without judgment. You don’t have to go through this season alone.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm and nonjudgmental environment where I will get to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will identify your goals and needs and go from there!
