Great to meet you!

My background as a school counselor gives me a wealth of experience and knowledge working with young adults and families from diverse backgrounds. As a dedicated mother, proud wife, and full time counselor I have learned to master the art of balance while living a stress-Less life. My educational background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Stillman College, and a Master's degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University.

My approach to therapy

I value each client's uniqueness, build and acknowledge his or her own struggles and strengths as I work to facilitate the client to find answers that will yield positive change through healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach includes a mix of counseling modalities to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Eclectic Therapy.

Do you sometimes feel stressed, overwhelmed, or do you have trouble figuring out who you are, or just being able to allow others to see your best self? It can be difficult to navigate these waters yourself. I am here to help you find tools and solutions to create the life that you desire.
