Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals navigate ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I bring both heart and structure to every client I work with. Organization and thoroughness are at the core of how I practice — I take your care seriously, stay intentional with every session, and make it my personal mission to ensure you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Outside of the office, I enjoy watching movies and reading, and those quiet moments of storytelling remind me of something I carry into every session: that every person has a unique story worth understanding. You won't feel like just another appointment on a calendar — my goal is always for you to feel genuinely seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is comfortable, interactive, and deeply personal. I create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully honest about what you're experiencing, and sessions are never passive — we work together, with me actively engaging to understand your story and build a path forward that's tailored specifically to you. I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall wellbeing, and that when you're thriving mentally, every other area of your life begins to improve as well. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you feeling comfortable and understood. Many of the people I work with come in carrying feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or persistent anxiety, and one of the most important things I want you to experience early on is that those feelings are valid and that change is genuinely possible. We'll spend time talking through what's been weighing on you, start to explore your goals, and begin laying the groundwork for a care plan that fits your life. By the time we wrap up, my hope is that you already feel a little lighter than when you first walked in.
