Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, families, and groups navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My work focuses on trauma-informed counseling, stress and anxiety management, and mindfulness practices that support resilience and emotional well-being.

Over the years, I’ve worked with youth, adults, and families in diverse settings, and I bring a personalized approach to every client I meet. I believe counseling should feel safe, supportive, and empowering, and I strive to create an environment where growth and healing can happen.

Beyond the therapy room, I’m passionate about making mental health resources accessible to everyone. I write articles and create tools on topics like mindfulness and holistic wellness, with the goal of helping people feel more confident and supported in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I am experienced in dual diagnosis, addiction counseling, behavioral issues, personality disorders, family problems, communication issues, couples conflicts, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. Together, we will work towards understanding and acceptance, helping you navigate through life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from their sessions with you feeling empowered, more self-aware, and equipped with practical strategies to navigate their challenges. They'll gain clarity on their goals, insights into their emotions and behaviors, and a deeper understanding of their personal strengths. Through your guidance, they'll likely develop tools to enhance their well-being, improve decision-making, and foster meaningful growth in their lives.

Each session is an opportunity for them to feel heard, validated, and supported—whether they’re working through struggles, seeking motivation, or simply aiming for personal development. Your approach will help them cultivate confidence and resilience, leaving them with actionable steps to implement outside of the session.
