Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Gee. We all, to some extent, believe that 'life is not fair.' I think it too. I firmly believe life comes in many shades, and we can enjoy every shade of life with the right amount of understanding and acceptance. Coming from a diverse background, I uphold my humility towards my practice and services and always strive for clarity and unconditional positive regard, professionally and personally.

I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My experience spans working with children, young adults, individuals, families, couples, college students, and culturally diverse communities. I specialize in a range of areas including Bipolar Disorder, Children's mental/behavioral health, Depression, Family relationships, Grief/Bereavement, Life transitions, Multicultural/Diversity issues, Perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, Stress, Suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, Trauma, Anger Management, and Anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I am experienced in dual diagnosis, addiction counseling, behavioral issues, personality disorders, family problems, communication issues, couples conflicts, adjustment disorders, and mood disorders. Together, we will work towards understanding and acceptance, helping you navigate through life's challenges.
