Geline Lagrace

My name is Geline, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working in Community Mental Health for 10+years, I have experience working with a diverse population, doing group therapy and individual counseling. I am a strong believer in providing comprehensive treatment, focusing on all areas such as emotions, physical, spiritual and intellect as well as using a warm and interactive style. I am here to help and looking forward to working with you.

It is important for me to give a safe and comfortable space. I make sure to approach therapy in a client centered approach. I utilize CBT, Solution focused , ACT. I have experience working with individuals who suffer with anxiety, depression, work related issues as well as health issues.

My clients have indicated that I am a very neutral, unbiased, and solution focused. My goals is to make sure I create a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable and trusting of the process. I am a very open-minded counsellor who focus on solutions .
