Great to meet you!

It is an honor to meet you!

As a bilingual Latina therapist, I am here to support you throughout this journey.

Recognizing that taking the first step can leave you feeling vulnerable, I want to share that as an eldest daughter and a new mother myself, I deeply understand the determination and commitment required to help and provide guidance, particularly when navigating life challenges as a first-generation individual carving out their own path.

I offer a warm, welcoming, direct, and supportive environment to best foster our work together.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach centers on identifying your inherent inner strengths and supporting you in reclaiming your authentic self. I guide you in challenging maladaptive thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, fostering a process of reframing and learning within a warm and welcoming environment.

My goal is to continually remind you that you are not alone, that you are inherently worthy, and that your value is derived not from societal expectations, but from embracing your most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy, providing a non-judgmental space for you to openly discuss your life experiences. I will consistently remind you that this is your dedicated space, where you are fully empowered to be your true, authentic self.
