Great to meet you!

I work with adults, many of them first-generation, and bicultural, who are navigating the invisible weight of patterns handed down long before they entered any college, classroom, or family dinner table. I have 9+ years in experience with working with adults experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and trauma.

I'm warm, direct, and culturally aware. I collaborative with you being the expert of knowing what best is for you, while guiding you towards your desire outcomes. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to feel understood, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. It's about helping you understand yourself more deeply, so you can move through your life with more ease, more groundedness, and more of you in it. We'll also build real, practical tools so you're not just gaining insight in the therapy room, but actually feeling more supported in your everyday life.

I'm warm, direct, and culturally aware. I collaborative with you being the expert of knowing what best is for you, while guiding you towards your desire outcomes. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to feel understood, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach is culturally informed, bilingual, and rooted in healing. I use EMDR to help the brain reprocess uncomfortable experiences, CBT to gently challenge patterns of thinking that keep you stuck, and parts work to understand the different aspects of you that developed to deal with what happened to you.

My path to this work is personal. I was raised in a Mexican immigrant household as the oldest daughter. I know what it means to carry responsibility early, navigate two worlds, and find your way through loss without a roadmap. Hardship didn't define me, it introduced me to myself, and eventually to the kind of therapist I was meant to become.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I want to hear about you what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping things could look like on the other side of this work. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to share more than you're ready to.
