Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens within safe and supportive relationships. My approach is warm, direct, and trauma-informed, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted. I work collaboratively with clients, balancing compassion with curiosity to help uncover patterns that may be contributing to current challenges. I believe meaningful change occurs when we can explore our experiences with both honesty and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with trauma, attachment wounds, and relational experiences that affect self-worth, relationships, and emotional well-being. My approach integrates EMDR therapy with other evidence-based interventions to help clients process difficult experiences and build internal resources. Together, we explore how past experiences may influence present struggles while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals while identifying your strengths and existing supports. My priority is creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin developing a treatment plan that aligns with your needs and goals.
