Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched thin from being the one others rely on - whether at work, in your family, or in your relationships. On the outside, you may appear composed, while privately feeling drained, second-guessing yourself, or unsure how to set boundaries without guilt. I work with women who often feel responsible for others and are ready to stop carrying so much on their own. My approach is calm, grounded, and centered on creating a steady space where you can better understand your needs, build clearer boundaries, and move forward with more steadiness, confidence, and faith.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate and practical. Together we'll uncover the patterns that may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt and develop practical strategies for creating lasting change. As insight grows, we'll work on building healthier boundaries, strengthening your confidence, and creating changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your daily life. I believe therapy should help you not only feel heard but also leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and a greater sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal during our first session is to help you feel comfortable and at ease. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll start where3 you are and work together to identify meaningful goals for our time together.
