Hello! My name is Gemy George and I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in outpatient mental health. I received My Doctorate in Psychiatric Nursing Practice from the University of Washington in 2014. I am a dedicated and compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for improving mental health and well-being. I have a deep understanding of the complex interplay between mental and physical health, and I am committed to providing comprehensive and holistic care to my patients. With a firm belief in the power of both modern medicine and integrative approaches I believe in providing non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic care.

I began my psychiatric nursing career with a strong commitment to helping people navigate mental health challenges. Through years of experience working both in inpatient and outpatient settings and continuous learning, I've developed the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional care.

My clinical expertise includes diagnosis and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, and ADHD. I also have extensive experience of working with young adults. I am skilled in conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy and medication management to my clients.

In my practice, I blend evidence-based treatments with a client-centered approach, recognizing that each person’s experience with mental health is unique and works closely with my clients to develop treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals. I meet each client where they are.
