Great to meet you!

You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you - carrying anxiety, stress, or the weight of past experiences while trying to manage relationships, family dynamics, or major life transitions. It can be exhausting to keep pushing forward without clarity or relief, especially when things feel overwhelming or difficult to untangle on your own. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and seniors in both individual and couples therapy, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, family issues, and grief. My approach is warm, affirming, and empowering, and is tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based methods including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. All sessions are offered virtually.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is both compassionate and structured. I focus on helping you understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and build practical tools that support lasting change. Our work together is collaborative and grounded in your goals—whether that’s improving relationships, reducing distress, or finding a clearer path forward. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more confident, resilient, and equipped to move through life with greater clarity and direction.
