Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are parents who love their children yet often wonder if there's more they could do to support them. They come in carrying the guilt of a hard morning, the frustration that nothing they try is working, and the exhaustion of guiding a child who sees the world differently. The bulk of my work focuses on families with individuals who have developmental or behavioral needs. I take pride in guiding families through some of the most challenging and important periods of their children's growth. I help parents truly understand their children's wants and needs while creating a dynamic that works for everyone.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on you as a parent, not just your child. Together, we explore what's getting in the way — communication patterns, behavioral strategies, your own emotional responses — and build practical tools that actually fit your family. I believe parents do better when they feel supported rather than evaluated, so I work to create a space where you can think out loud, ask hard questions, and leave sessions feeling more capable and more hopeful than when you walked in.

It's hard to let someone into your family dynamic.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes asking for help can feel like admitting failure, even when it's the opposite. I'm here to meet you and your family where you are, to move at your pace, without judgment. You're not alone in feeling frustrated, helpless, or even confused. My goal is to make you feel heard and start building positive and meaningful change.
