Great to meet you!

Something brought you here — and that matters. Reaching out for support takes self-awareness and courage, and it's often the first real step toward change.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with more than 20 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults move through some of life's most challenging moments. Over two decades, I've learned one consistent truth: when people learn to recognize their own strengths, they're far better equipped to overcome what's holding them back.

My approach is direct but warm — I meet you where you are, not where I think you should be.

My approach to therapy

I blend therapeutic styles based on what each person actually needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and family-based approaches, we'll work together to understand how your thoughts and behaviors are connected — and where that connection can become a bridge to something better.

We'll focus on:

  • Identifying the patterns keeping you stuck
  • Recognizing and building on your existing strengths
  • Developing practical strategies for navigating tough circumstances
  • Improving communication and relationships
  • Creating sustainable change that fits your real life

What you can expect from me

Sometimes we know something isn't working but aren't sure which direction to go. That's exactly where we start.

In our first session, we'll talk about what's been going on and what you'd like to feel different. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. From there, we'll build a plan grounded in your specific needs and goals — because no two people's paths forward look the same.
