Great to meet you!

If you've found your way here, chances are you're carrying something heavy. Maybe anxiety that won't quiet down, grief that reshaped your world, the exhaustion of new motherhood, or a quiet sense that you've lost track of who you are. Whatever it is, I want you to know you don't have to hold it alone anymore.

I became a therapist because I believe every person's story matters, and because I've seen what happens when someone finally feels safe enough to tell theirs. That's the part of this work I love most: watching people move from stuck and overwhelmed to grounded and free. I bring warmth and empathy to every session, but I'll also be honest with you. My clients often tell me they feel truly heard for the first time, and that's exactly what I'm hoping to give you.

I especially love working with people navigating identity, maternal mental health, grief and loss, cultural and ethnic experiences, and anxiety. I bring a culturally sensitive lens to all of it, because your background, your faith, and your family are part of your story too — not something to leave at the door.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on one idea: you deserve a space where you can be fully, unapologetically yourself. So much of what wears us down comes from feeling like we have to perform, hide, or hold it together. In our sessions, you don't. Together we'll gently face what's hard, make sense of it, and build toward the life you actually want.

I meet you where you are and adapt to what you need, rather than running you through a one-size-fits-all program. Some clients find relief in reframing painful thought patterns; others need space to grieve, to reconnect with their values, or to rediscover their strengths. If you're coming in as a couple or family, we'll focus on rebuilding trust, softening old conflicts, and deepening the connection you're longing for. However we get there, my goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more like yourself.

Whatever brought you in — anxiety, depression, relationship strain, a major life transition, or something you can't quite name yet — you'll be met with patience and zero judgment. Real change is possible, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.

What you can expect from me

Walking into therapy for the first time can feel intimidating, so I keep that first session simple and low-pressure. It's really just a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask what brought you in and what you're hoping for, but mostly I'll listen.

You can expect to feel welcomed exactly as you are. My biggest priority is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived. Before we wrap up, we'll talk about what working together could look like and start shaping goals that matter to you, so you walk away with a sense of direction and the sense that you're finally in your corner — with someone who's in it with you.
