Great to meet you!

I am a Hispanic woman from Nogales, AZ. I received a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona and a master's degree from Arizona State University. I have 11 years' experience working in social services including behavioral health, doing work at the state prison, working with the Senator, hospital work and working with the homeless population.

My approach to therapy

I am an open-minded individual who believes in being solution focused and finding ways to overcome adversities and/or barriers. Upbringing, experiences, and environments determine who we become in the future or in adulthood, but it doesn't define us. Doing the work is ultimately what is going to help people fight inner self-doubt. I am very relatable and while I keep thing professional, I like to use humor in my sessions to eliminate anxiety or fear.

What you can expect from me
