Great to meet you!

I’m Genesis Riley Gaines, a licensed, ANCC board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Infinite Mental Wellness PLLC. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health from Texas Woman’s University. I bring 20 years of nursing experience, including 12 years in psychiatric care across the lifespan. I support children, adolescents, adults and older adults through personalized mental health care.

My approach centers on mindfulness, self-awareness and personal growth. I help clients recognize patterns, build on their strengths and develop practical ways to respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, family planning, changing family responsibilities or work-related stress, I offer a compassionate space to explore your needs and move toward meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I take time to understand the whole person, including your physical health, relationships, daily responsibilities and personal goals.

Together, we develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical coping strategies and coordination with other healthcare professionals. I explain treatment options clearly and welcome your questions so you can take an active role in your care. When caring for children and adolescents, I take a collaborative approach that ensures each young person’s voice is heard and valued while incorporating parents’ perspectives to develop a care plan together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a welcoming, respectful environment. We’ll discuss what brought you to care, your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatments and what you hope to change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is to help you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of our visit, we’ll identify your priorities, discuss treatment options and establish clear next steps together
