Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with seven years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, identity development, family conflict, attachment difficulties, and significant life transitions. Much of my work has centered on supporting individuals and families navigating complex family systems, adverse childhood experiences, disrupted relationships, and challenges related to self-worth, belonging, and personal identity.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, integrative, and grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive framework. I have received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I draw from various therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs. I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond addressing symptoms; it involves understanding the experiences, relationships, and environments that have shaped how we see ourselves and navigate the world.
Above all, I value authenticity, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, challenge longstanding patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and develop greater insight into their experiences. My goal is not simply to help clients cope, but to empower them to build healthier relationships, reclaim their personal narratives, and create meaningful, lasting change.
