Great to meet you!

I believe people were made for connection and that too often traumatic or stressful experiences interfere with our ability to connect in a healthy and meaningful way. As a licensed professional counselor, it is my passion to sit with children, teens, and families through their pain and empower them to learn to cope with life’s struggles and make and restore meaningful and healthy connections.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in childhood trauma, abuse and adoption. I am a Foundational Level 1 Theraplay therapist and am trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention - a trauma-informed caregiving approach). I work with individuals from all ages, ranging from preschool to adult.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an accepting, safe environment in which they are truly seen, heard and valued. I aspire to help people to see themselves as worthy of care and belonging and empower them to make choices that align with their values.
