Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Geneva, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and accepted. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop practical skills for everyday life.

I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, my goal is to help you build confidence, discover your strengths, and create meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT and Attachment Theory to provide a personalized approach that fits your unique needs. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and strengthen healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding to life's changes.

What you can expect from me

I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make our first session feel comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment. We'll spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like life to look like as we work together.

Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and create a plan tailored to your unique needs. I want you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
