Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive space where neurodivergent adults, especially women, can explore challenges and feel truly understood. I help clients navigate late-in-life autism and ADHD diagnoses, career and identity shifts, burnout, and masking fatigue. My MBA gives me insight into workplace pressures, and as a Chartered member of the BPS in Cyberpsychology, I bring expertise in technology's impact on mental health and families.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we work together to make sense of challenges and find practical ways forward. Many of my clients are autistic and/or have ADHD, some newly diagnosed or self-identified in adulthood, and are looking for a therapist who understands neurodivergence as a difference, not a deficit. I also specialize in working with families navigating technology-related challenges, particularly those affecting children and adolescents, including social media, online safety, digital boundaries, and the growing influence of emerging technologies like AI.

What you can expect from me

The first session is your chance to see if we vibe. One of the most important aspects of therapy is your relationship with the therapist.
