Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is about finding a balance between someone who truly "gets" it and someone who can help you map out the way forward. With over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the school system—from the classroom to the counseling office and special education therapy—I’ve dedicated my career to being both a safe harbor and a catalyst for growth. My approach is rooted in deep empathy, but I am also firmly goal-oriented. Whether we are navigating a specific diagnosis or a difficult life transition, I believe that therapy should provide you with both a sense of peace and a clear sense of direction.

Areas of Expertise & Passion

Children & Adolescents: I spent ten years working with students facing a wide range of challenges, including autism, anxiety, oppositional defiance disorder (ODD), and emotional disturbances. I understand the unique pressures of the school environment and am passionate about helping kids find their footing and flourish.

Young Adults: The transition into adulthood can feel like navigating without a map. I help young adults build the confidence they need to define their own version of success and tackle the "what comes next" with resilience.

Mothers & Postpartum Support: Motherhood is a profound transformation, often accompanied by overwhelming stressors. I provide a supportive space for postpartum moms and those juggling the relentless demands of family life to find balance, reclaim their identity, and prioritize their mental well-being.

My philosophy: I believe every individual deserves a space where they are fully seen and heard. My mission is to provide that safety while empowering you to reach the milestones that matter most to you.If you’re looking for a partner in your journey toward growth—or a steady hand for your child—I’m here to help. Let’s get to work.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of modalities in my work. My goal is to always honor your own expertise in your life while bringing fresh perspective and a listening ear to what you are struggling with. I tend to use a blend of modalities through a trauma informed lens- including CBT, aspects of DBT, somatic regulation, and a warm approach to allow us to figure out what feels like the best fit for YOU.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be all about learning you and gathering helpful information and data to help guide our work together.
