Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps teens and young adults work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we’ll identify your values, tap into your strengths, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable uncovering and understanding your own internal motivators. Through this process, we will work together to build the skills necessary to face challenges, embrace change, and move toward the future you envision for yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what has brought you into therapy, what hope you get out of therapy and what will help you get there. I will work to understand what works best for you and your unique personality and needs, using an affirming, non-judgmental approach. Together, we will begin the process of setting goals and taking steps toward positive change.
