Great to meet you!

My experience in community mental health has shaped the holistic perspective I bring to therapy. My training in depth psychology, Jungian psychotherapy, and attachment-based approaches has further deepened my understanding of the human condition. I will work with you to find an approach that feels supportive and responsive to your needs.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative partnership in which we explore the challenges you are facing with curiosity and care. Together, we will look beyond immediate symptoms to deepen understanding and identify patterns that may contribute to distress. This process can help you develop greater insight and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a renewed perspective on their unique challenges, along with a greater sense of clarity and empowerment to approach them in new, meaningful ways.
