Great to meet you!

I’m Genice Hall-Fowler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and workplace stress. My background includes clinical practice, behavioral health coaching, education, and leadership development, which allows me to bring both compassion and practical perspective into the therapy room.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a judgment-free space where you can be yourself, talk honestly about what’s happening in your life, recognize your strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches while tailoring our work to your individual needs.

My goal is simple: to help you feel supported, gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients, creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re experiencing. My style is compassionate, practical, and solution-focused. I believe therapy is not only about understanding what has happened, but also identifying your strengths, gaining clarity, and developing tools that help you move forward.

I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, workplace stress, life transitions, and challenges with confidence and boundaries. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, tailoring my approach to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

You can expect our sessions to include meaningful conversation, reflection, practical strategies, and achievable next steps. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported while empowering you to create positive, sustainable change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been working well, what feels challenging, and what you hope will be different.

Together, we’ll identify your priorities and begin developing realistic goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about where we can begin.
