Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience providing bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy. I specialize in evaluations, treatment planning, and trauma-informed care. I am also a Certified John Maxwell Life Coach (2024). I blend clinical therapy with growth-oriented coaching and neuroencoding strategies. Faith-based therapy is available as an optional integrated approach for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and fully tailored to your personal goals and needs.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I’m genuinely curious about your experiences and ask thoughtful questions to better understand the challenges you’re facing. Together, we work as partners to identify your goals and take meaningful steps toward healing and a more balanced life.

What you can expect from me

In Our First Session

My primary goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll begin with a brief welcome and an overview of how I work, confidentiality, and any questions you have about the process. You’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you here, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to achieve.I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background, current situation, and goals. You set the pace — you only share what feels right for you. We’ll also discuss practical details such as session frequency, scheduling, and any policies.By the end of the session, we will have created an initial roadmap for our future work together and you will leave with a sense of hope and a clear next step.
