My Education and Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Master of Nursing in Mental Health. I have over 30 years in Mental health practice.

I am transparent and hope that you will decide to work alongside as partners in your' journey which is just as therapeutic for me as it is for striving in harmony respecting and supporting each other in this voyage to wellbeing and feeling secure along the way of every seemingly challenge.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy and one-on-one sessions that allow patients to express themselves honestly and at their own pace. The therapist can help patients: set therapeutic goals, process their past, and learn to manage symptoms and triggers.

Family mental health counseling at Mind Arc Wellness, PPLC focuses on nurturing healthy family dynamics and strengthening emotional bonds.

I am here to support you in communicating openly to establish a foundation. Additionally, I am present at all times during these meetings, actively engaging insight to diagnosis, treatment towards prevention and care for the elements pertinent to the emotional and behavioral disorders.
