Great to meet you!

I have been working with folks across the gender, sexuality, and age spectrum in direct clinical practice and providing community support, educational trainings and queer programming for over 10 years combined. My clinical approach is informed by gender theory, anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, and my experience as a white queer and trans person. It is grounded in a client centered, trauma informed practice. I provide relational, psychodynamic therapy combined with elements of behavioral interventions, IFS, and somatic work. I have completed level 1 training to provide EMDR therapy.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to create space for folks to process, connect, and work through anything from everyday stress to major life events and trauma. I support folks in moving from a thinking forward, problem solving approach to reflecting on process, emotional experience and patterns in their lives. I tend to be direct and will challenge you in a session, while supporting and holding space for you and your feelings.

What you can expect from me

I am a therapist for therapists, over achievers, intellectualizers, and folks who want to practice moving from thinking through to feeling through their experiences. I want to work with you to harness your most authentic and connected self.
