Great to meet you!

I help individuals navigate major life transitions with clarity, confidence, and practical tools. Blending clinical insight and lived experience, I provide a supportive space to help you move forward with intention and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Our experiences can bring to surface self-doubt, stress, anxiety, and burnout. My role is to help you gain insight into the thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, and to guide you toward solutions that feel realistic and doable on a day to day basis. I integrate evidenced-based CBT and DBT frameworks with advanced training in somatic embodiment to bridge the mind and body connection.

What you can expect from me

A session with me looks and feels like an outlet, but also a learning opportunity to understand and utilize skills to manage everyday stressors and thrive.
