Great to meet you!

“How we relate to whatever we're experiencing is even more important than the experience itself " -Bruce Tift

I believe we all have a natural impulse towards evolution and health. Through training and discipline we can greatly accelerate this process.

Survival strategies needed in childhood, arising from our intelligence, are no longer appropriate and can cause unnecessary suffering. These outdated approaches are primarily unconscious. I provide a safe non judgmental space to get to know your patterns with an attitude of kindness. This awareness can give you the freedom to choose the direction you want instead of being driven by historical conditioning.

My approach to therapy

I am a certified mindfulness instructor and have practiced meditation for 30 years. I draw from somatic and mindfulness based approaches. I use empathy, compassion and intuitive listening to help you hear what your body, mind and heart are longing for. My style is supportive and collaborative.

What you can expect from me

I can provide you with a safe non-judgmental space to be deeply seen and heard. Together we can help you move in the direction of health and joy.
