Great to meet you!

I work with individuals seeking thoughtful, compassionate care for a variety of mental health concerns and who value a personalized, collaborative approach. Many come to my practice looking for clarity, stability, and support in managing their symptoms and improving their overall well-being. I help them move forward by providing evidence-based treatment, actively listening to their experiences, and partnering with them to create a plan that supports lasting growth and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Through compassionate evaluation, medication management, and ongoing support, I work with you to achieve stability, growth, and improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and develop a clear understanding of what brings you to care. We’ll take time to discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and the challenges that may be affecting your daily life and overall well-being. I encourage you to share your experiences, concerns, and goals openly so that we can better understand your needs.

From there, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. This may include medication management, education, supportive strategies, and recommendations for additional resources when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your care.
