Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, and the impact of trauma. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity. My approach integrates CBT and DBT to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication, while also incorporating Jungian-oriented insight to deepen self-understanding and meaning. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered, supporting lasting change, clarity, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

One of my strengths as a therapist is creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I value collaboration and work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and readiness for change. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt interventions to meet clients where they are. My training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) allows me to integrate insight with practical skills and emotional regulation strategies, supporting meaningful and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and clarify what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant past experiences, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your needs, patterns, and strengths, and we’ll discuss how my therapeutic approach can support your goals. We’ll also review what therapy with me typically looks like and how we can work collaboratively moving forward. By the end of the session, many clients leave with a clearer sense of direction, a better understanding of the process, and a sense of relief or hope as we begin this work together.
