Great to meet you!

I prioritize spending quality time with loved ones and recharge by taking daily walks in nature and by the lake. I enjoy lounging, learning history, visiting new restaurants and playing various kinds of games.

Professionally, I've counseled individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members from the LGBTQ+ community. I help clients learn to manage their mood and validate their emotions as well as improve their communication skills, which may help your relationship with yourself and others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialties include working on challenges with: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger management, bipolar, self-esteem, communication skills & trauma recovery. I focus on helping my clients manage symptoms/stressors, rediscover meaning and connection with themselves and their relationships. My approach is primarily CBT, along with concepts in ACT & DBT.
