Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I’m Dr. George V. Estonactoc, a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience helping individuals, families, adolescents, and professionals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. My practice focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting concerns, as well as the unique pressures faced by high-achieving professionals and executives. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Miami University and have worked in private practice, hospital settings, developmental programs, and with active-duty military members experiencing complex trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with the goal of helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect an empathetic, engaging, and results-oriented approach grounded in evidence-based care. I work with individuals, families, adolescents, and professionals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My style is thoughtful and practical, balancing insight with concrete strategies that help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and create lasting change. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships while reducing the stressors and symptoms that interfere with daily life. Therapy is designed to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, gaining insight, and building practical skills for lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful goals tailored to their unique needs, whether that involves improving communication, strengthening coping strategies, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or achieving greater balance and fulfillment in personal and professional life.
