I’m Rico Bodin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Master-Level Addiction Professional (MCAP) based in Florida. For over a decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and questions around identity and self-understanding. I’m especially passionate about creating an affirming, supportive space, where clients can feel seen, safe, and understood as they move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy is practical, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Seeking Safety.
