Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice since 1990 with over 30 years of professional cllinical experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and anxiety/depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the true expert of your own story and that you already possess the many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you. I'm here to help you take the first steps in that process.

What you can expect from me

My clients describe me as "understanding", "caring", "knowledgeable", "compassionate", and "very empathic" They say I listen carefully and respond with insight and direction to help develop understanding, goals, and healing. My clinical style is very interactive. I like to dive deep into the problem(s) to know the root causes then help you develop solutions. I like to draw out, build upon, and then redirect the inner strengths you already possess.
