Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, human, and a little less intimidating. I earned my MSW from the University of Memphis and have worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and residential programs. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly, at your own pace, without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build practical tools for real life.

My approach to therapy

I work by meeting you exactly where you are, taking into account your life, relationships, and environment—not just the problem you’re facing. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. Our work is collaborative, supportive, and paced to fit your needs, because therapy should feel like something done with you, not to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’d like to feel or do differently, and what support looks like for you right now. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and not rushed. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a plan we can build on together.
