Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC with a Masters from William James College and a Bachelors from Gettysburg College. I have a wide range of working experience from in patient work at McLean Hospital to outpatient work at Doc Wayne and South Bay Community Services. At South Bay I utilized more of a traditional style of therapy where at Doc Wayne I was able to utilize play therapy by playing sports with all clients.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with a wide variety of adolescent and adult aged people, utilizing a strength based approach to meet a variety of different goals.

What you can expect from me

One of the most important things to me throughout the therapeutic process is creating a judgement free atmosphere to make all as comfortable as possible. I understand how nerve racking the start of therapy can be and hope that the relaxing environment I try to create relieves some of that anxiety. I hope that kind of environment creates the ability for all clients to be able to learn skills to manage stress and anxiety outside of therapy.
