Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support isn't always easy, and taking this first step says a lot about your willingness to care for yourself.

I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from the life or relationships they want. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, experiencing relationship challenges, or trying to better understand and manage ADHD, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools for lasting change.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider, I combine evidence-based therapy with practical strategies that help clients improve focus, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relationship patterns. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, connected, and able to thrive both personally and professionally.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your goals. I believe meaningful change happens when we better understand our thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns—and learn new ways to respond to them.

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment Theory to help clients better manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, improve emotional awareness, and develop healthier habits. Whether we're working on ADHD strategies, relationship or communication challenges, emotional health, or building confidence, my goal is to help you leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and steady progress toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I understand how difficult it can be to trust someone with the parts of your life that matter most. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and free of judgment so you can show up as your authentic self.

During our first session, we'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy, explore the challenges you're facing, and identify the goals that matter most to you. Together, we'll create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and your feedback is always welcome. I want our work together to feel helpful, relevant, and responsive to your changing needs as we move toward the life you want to build.
