Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist based in California, providing individual counseling for adults, children, and couples. Alongside my clinical work, I supervise and train state interns on their path to licensure, offering guidance grounded in both experience and ethical practice.

As a proud and active member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and a former Division I collegiate athlete, I bring a unique perspective to my work—one that values identity, resilience, and authenticity. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, cultural competence, and a deep commitment to the well-being of those I serve.

I am passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to my clients and dedicated to upholding—and advancing—current mental health standards. My work is driven by a sense of responsibility to my community and a belief in the transformative power of therapeutic connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is deeply person-centered, prioritizing each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I am committed to supporting personal growth and creating lasting, meaningful change in my clients’ lives. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches—I tailor treatment to meet the individual needs of each client.

I am passionate about delivering the highest standard of care and dedicated to ensuring that current and emerging mental health practices are upheld with integrity, cultural competence, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a therapist who is warm, energetic, open-minded, and deeply dedicated—but also not afraid to challenge them when needed. I see my role as an active collaborator: someone who helps clients gain new perspectives, grow through their challenges, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

Above all, I am committed to delivering high-quality care and upholding evolving mental health standards with integrity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
