Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety and the ways it can intertwine with patterns of substance use. I’ve spent years working in treatment centers and private practices, supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to break old cycles. My goal is to help you gently reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself—the part of you that feels grounded, clear, and truly present.

My approach to therapy

Your story is unique, and your care should be too. I bring a holistic yet clinical approach that blends my creative roots in art therapy with my training in mental health counseling. I believe healing happens not only through traditional talk therapy, but also through reconnecting with the mind and body in meaningful, intentional ways. Sessions with me may include trauma-informed yoga or grounding techniques to release stored emotion, exploring what lies beneath anxious thoughts or unhelpful patterns, and building practical tools that support lasting change. We move at your pace—one empowering and manageable step at a time.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory session where we get to know each other, explore your story, and talk about what you’d like to achieve in our work together. You’ll have the space to ask questions about my approach and collaborate on a plan that feels aligned with your goals. My intention is to create a space where you can show up authentically—comfortable, respected, and never judged—so you can grow into the version of yourself you’ve been longing to reconnect with.
