Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a deep understanding of both the medical and emotional aspects of care. I am dual certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse and earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Azusa Pacific University in 2014.

Recognizing the powerful connection between mental health and substance use disorders, I pursued advanced training and completed a post-master’s certification in Psychiatry at California State University in 2019. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey.

Clients choose to work with me because I offer comprehensive, judgment-free care that focuses on healing the whole person—not just managing symptoms. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve lasting mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

Our commitment is deeply base in providing high-quality, patient-centered care rooted in evidenced-base. My specialization extends to addressing adult, and adolescent with mental health disorders, including ADHD, PTSD, depression, Anxiety and Mood Disorders with a dedicated focus on substance use.

Cultural sensitivity is not just a concept, it's a cornerstone of our practice. This ensures that our care is not only effective but also deeply empathetic and respectful while meeting the unique needs of our clients.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming, supportive conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person. We will take time to review your concerns, personal history, and goals for care, while addressing any questions you may have. This session is designed to feel collaborative and unrushed, allowing you to share at a pace that feels comfortable.

Together, we will discuss treatment options and develop an individualized plan that aligns with your needs, values, and lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, respected, and confident about the path forward in your mental wellness journey.
