Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome to my profile! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I support women across all stages of life, with a focus on helping clients move through life transitions, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and patterns rooted in past experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in creating a supportive space where you can better understand yourself and make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in creating change in therapy. I am intentional about building a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and understood.

I am compassionate, open-minded, and collaborative, and I believe that a strong therapeutic connection allows for both safety and gentle challenge when it’s helpful.

I also take a solutions-focused approach, and we often end sessions by identifying something practical or meaningful to carry forward into the week. This helps support reflection, accountability, and steady progress toward your goals.
